How to Change the Analytics Date Range

The Analytics Date Range Selection feature allows users to filter and analyze data within a specified time frame. This enables better trend analysis, performance tracking, and informed decision-making.

Step 1: Open the Date Selector

  1. Locate the "Analytics date range" at the top of the analytics dashboard.

  2. Click on the date range box to open the calendar.

Step 2: Choose a Date Range

There are two ways to select a date range:

1. Using Preset Date Ranges

  • Click on one of the predefined options:

    • Past day

    • Past week

    • Past two weeks

    • Past month

    • Past three months

    • Past 6 months

    • Past year

    • Current week

    • Previous week

    • Current month

    • Previous month

    • Previous half year

    • Current half year

    • Current quarter

    • Previous quarter

    • Year-to-date

    • Previous calendar year

    These options allow for quick selection without manually setting start and end dates.

2. Selecting a Custom Date Range

  1. Click on a start date in the calendar.

  2. Click on an end date to define the period.

  3. The selected dates will be highlighted in the calendar.


Step 3: Apply the Date Range

  1. After selecting the desired date range, the system will automatically update the analytics view.

  2. If needed, reselect or adjust the range before proceeding.
