To personalize the user experience, go to Settings > Personal Settings

Appearance Configuration

  • Choose between Light, Dark, or System themes.

  • System mode adapts to your device settings.

Interface Language

    • Price changes

    • Price optimization

    • Smart discounts

    • Dynamic pricing strategies

  • Add a New Rounding Rule or reset settings to default.

4. Safeguards: Defining Pricing Limits

To prevent extreme price fluctuations, use Safeguards.

  • Navigate to Settings > Safeguards

  • Add safeguards such as:

    • Price ceiling – Ensures a price does not exceed a set value (e.g., Price +25%).

    • Price floor – Prevents a price from going below a threshold (e.g., Unit Cost +10%).

5. Price Suggestions Schedule: Automating Strategy Updates

Admins can automate price suggestion updates to ensure real-time pricing optimization.

  • Go to Settings > Price Suggestions Schedule

  • Set the default schedule (e.g., Daily updates).

  • Click Add Strategy Schedule to customize frequency.

  • Save changes.

6. Additional Properties: Custom Product Fields

For advanced configurations, admins can add custom data fields for products.

  • Navigate to Settings > Additional Properties

  • Add new custom fields like Group Matched Minimum Price

  • Define data type and API path for automation.

7. User Management: Adding & Managing Users

Admins can control user roles and permissions.

  • Navigate to Settings > Users

  • Click Add User to invite team members (if applicable).

  • Assign user roles (e.g., Admin, Manager, User).

8. Account Management & Integrations

  • Under Account Management, view high-level administrative settings.

  • Go to Settings > Integrations to connect external systems (e.g., eCommerce platforms, ERPs, and analytics tools).

Conclusion

With these settings, admins can customize the user experience, enforce pricing controls, automate processes, and manage user access. Regularly updating these configurations ensures smooth pricing operations and better efficiency in your pricing strategies. 🚀
