Steps to Create & Save a New View

1. Apply Filters to Customize Your View

  • Navigate to the Products section.

  • Use the filter options to refine the product list based on specific attributes (e.g., brand, price range, stock level, etc.).

  • Ensure that only the relevant products appear in your filtered view.

2. Click on "Save View"

  • Once your desired filters are applied, locate the "Save view" button in the top toolbar.

  • Click on it to open the Save View dialog box.

3. Choose to Create a New View

  • Select the "Create new view" option.

  • Enter a meaningful name for the view (e.g., "Brand Forever21" or "High-Margin Products").

  • The system will automatically save the filters, sorting preferences, and column arrangements with the view.

4. Save the View

  • Click the "Save view" button to finalize and store your customized view.

  • Your new view will now appear as a selectable option in the view selection dropdown.

  • Click on the view selection dropdown at the top.

  • Choose your saved view to quickly load the preset filters and sorting.
