User Guide: Managing Account Settings

This guide explains how to configure and manage your account settings.

1. Personal Settings

Navigate to Settings > Personal Settings.

  • Theme:
    Choose your preferred display mode:

    • Light – bright background.

    • Dark – dark background.

    • System – follows your device’s system theme.

  • Interface Language:
    Select the language for the interface:

    • American English

    • Suomi (Finnish)

    • Svenska (Swedish)

    • Polski (Polish)


2. Account Settings

Navigate to Settings > Account Settings.

  • Shop Info:
    View and manage your account details:

    • Account ID – unique shop identifier.

    • Email – associated email address.

    • Currency – default account currency (e.g., EUR).


3. Price Rounding

Navigate to Settings > Price Rounding.

  • Default Rounding Rules:
    Define how prices are rounded when creating strategies.

    • Test a value in “Test rounding rules” to preview results.

    • Add new rules using + New rounding rule.

    • Reset all rounding rules with Reset to default.

  • Available Rounding Methods include ranges and rounding styles (e.g., nearest *.99, *.49, *.0).


4. Safeguards

Navigate to Settings > Safeguards.

  • Safeguards protect against undesired pricing outcomes.

  • Default Safeguards apply to new strategies automatically.

Examples:

  • Price ceiling – cap maximum price at +25%.

  • Price floor – prevent price dropping below -25%.

  • Unit margin – ensure minimum margin (e.g., +10%).

Add safeguards with + Add safeguard or restore defaults with Reset to default.


5. Price Suggestions Schedule

Navigate to Settings > Price Suggestions Schedule.

  • Define how often the system generates price suggestions.

  • Options: Daily, Weekly, or Custom schedules.

  • Use Add strategy schedule to configure.

  • Click Save to apply.


6. Additional Properties

Navigate to Settings > Additional Properties.

  • Add custom product fields.

  • Example: “Quality class” (Data type: Date, Path: ETA_Stock).

  • Use Add Additional properties to define new fields.


7. Users

Navigate to Settings > Users.

  • Manage team access and permissions.

  • Add new users with + Add user.

  • Define Role (Admin/User).

  • Edit or deactivate users with the pencil (✏️) or deactivate (🔒) icons.


8. Linked Accounts

Navigate to Settings > Linked Accounts.

  • Link multiple accounts for centralized management.

  • Use + Link account to add another account.

  • Use Clear linked accounts to remove all linked accounts.


9. Billing Overview

Navigate to Settings > Billing Overview.

  • Monitor your account usage:

    • Prices Under Management – total number of managed prices.

    • Approved Prices (Last 30 Days) – execution history.

    • Total Number of Products – products currently managed.

    • Total Number of Stores – number of connected stores.


Tips

  • Always Save changes before leaving a section.

  • Use Reset to default to quickly restore system defaults.

  • Ensure safeguards and schedules are aligned with your pricing strategy to avoid conflicts.
